The second floor is a vast open-plan kitchen and living space with a panoramic view of the hills, vineyards and of Collioure bay and local coastline. The Marine Apartment offers independent accommodation in its own right. Access is either from just inside the front door of the main villa, via a small hallway leading to its two rooms and bathroom, or directly from outside via patio doors on its largest room.
Designed to accommodate either 1 or 2 couples, or domestic staff, it comprises a living area with fully fitted kitchen recess, a luxury sofa bed (140 cm), bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds and patio/terrace, and bathroom/ WC with washing machine.
Decorated in a seaside theme, with paintings of Port Vendres and Collioure, it gets the morning sun and features a flower garden with a beautiful shaded terrace.
At certain times of the year, it can be let separately from the rest of the villa.
